Pets2Walk suggests an initial meet and greet with a fee of $25 plus taxes.

All communication takes place via the Pets2Walk portal by messaging from their account. Emergencies please call 914-804-7830.

ACCESS INTO HOME

Pets2Walk must have two accessible entry methods to the home, like garage codes, door codes, or keys stored in lockboxes. Pets2Walk recommends purchasing a lockbox and setting up at the house. Code and location will need to be added to clients profile.

PET & HOME DETAILS

Owners are required to add detailed pet and home information to their Pets2walks profiles prior to a meet and greet.

DOG WALKING

Pets2walk has two options for walking. We offer 15 minute (8am to 9pm) and 30 minute walks (8am to 6pm)
Pets2walk recommends a minimum of three daily visits for pet care while you are on vacation, with the flexibility to include additional visits as required.

LEASHES AND COLLARS

Owners are required to provide all equipment.

PET WASTE DISPOSAL

Pet waste is disposed of in an outside garbage can unless alternative instructions are provided in the client's profile.

FENCES

Pets2walk is not liable for any incidents related to inadequate fencing, including electronic fencing.

CAT CARE

Pets2walk offers cat care services, which include feeding, fresh water, cleaning the litter box, engaging in playtime, collecting mail, and turning on lights during a 15-minute visits.

EXOTIC PET CARE

All exotic pets such as rabbits, gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, fish, reptiles, and more will receive proper care. This includes cleaning cages and tanks, feeding the animals, and providing fresh water when needed.

OLDER & SICK PETS

Clients need to ensure that their pet profiles are up to date with the latest medication details. Pets with contagious illnesses must recover fully before they can receive care from Pets2walk, as they may interact with other pets.

VETERINARY CARE

Pets2walk will transport all pets requiring care to the vet at their discretion. Owners are required to provide their veterinarian with a credit card for billing purposes.

HOLIDAY FEES

Dog walks, Cat care, Exotic care, House care, Transportation visits have a 50% additional fee for each of the following holidays:

Same day cancelations will include holiday fee.
Same day service if available will be 15 minute dog walks and include the same day fee along with the holiday fee.

HOUSE CHECK VISIT

House visits will include daily collection of mail, papers, and parcels. Lights will be managed, blinds adjusted, and indoor/outdoor plants watered as requested. Outdoor plant watering will incur an extra $5 charge and must be scheduled by the owner.

ALARM SYSTEMS

Clients using alarm systems must share disarming, arming, and verbal codes with Pets2walk. They should inform the alarm company about adding Pets2walk to their family list and include alarm information on the client profile page.

EMERGENCY CONTACT PERSON

Emergency contacts must be listed on the client profile form. Pets2Walk is not liable for any emergency-related charges.

TRIP ITINERARY

Owners must have their trip itinerary to ALL vacation scheduled.

SCHEDULE CONFIRMATION

Pets2Walk will send a confirmation once the request is accepted.

SAME DAY SERVICE / LAST MINUTE REQUESTS

Pets2walk provides same-day service available 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit time block, visits will be 15 minutes with a $5 charge. Please be aware that the fee is applicable to Monday visits arranged after 6 pm on Sundays.

For last-minute requests with Pets2walk within a 2-hour window, a 15-minute visit is available with a $10 fee. There is no guarantee of exact timing, but efforts will be made to arrive as close to the requested time as possible.

CANCELATIONS / SAME DAY CANCELATION

All cancellations need to be made via the client's account on the scheduler page. While visits can be canceled at any time, if a visit is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time slot, a full fee will be charged.

Inclement weather

In case of severe weather, services may be affected but efforts will be made to maintain the schedule. If travel is unsafe, you or your emergency contact will be informed and services will resume when safe.

If severe weather conditions hinder your ability to return, we will make every effort to maintain your pet's care routine. In the event that Pets2Walk is unable to reach your pet, your emergency contact will be notified, and an emergency plan will be implemented.

All driveways and walkways must be cleared of debris or snow for the walkers.

Billing / Credit Card

Clients must have a credit card on file in order to schedule service with Pets2Walk.
Invoices are sent second to last day of the month and charged on the last day. A 3% fee is added for credit card payments. Payment methods accepted are checks, Zelle, and credit cards; Venmo is not accepted.

Return Check Fee

There is a $35 fee for all returned checks. Clients are responsible for check fee and return check fee.

GROOMER TRANSPORTATION

Pets2Walk will drop off or pick up your pup from the groomer. This will include a pee break when returning home. This fee is for the pick up and drop off area of Port Chester, Rye and Rye Brook.

Pets2walk will ensure that all information is kept private and confidential.
